Hoel Gård is self-sufficient in chicken, potatoes, wheat, barley, cherries, Nordic fruits, rhubarb, honey, and herbs. From neighboring farms, we source apple juice, blackcurrants, vegetables, and heritage-breed cattle. Beyond this, we focus on the finest Norwegian ingredients from across the country — creating rich and memorable flavors. The meals you enjoy with us are meant to be remembered. Enjoy your meal.
