About Us

With views of Lake Mjøsa and surrounded by a vibrant cultural landscape, we run a diverse fruit and berry farm, including Norway’s largest production of blackcurrants, also grown organically. We offer blackcurrant experiences, accommodation, and venues for workshops, events, and a variety of gatherings.

Overlooking Lake Mjøsa and the surrounding countryside, we are currently developing a garden area with a greenhouse, long communal tables, and a wood-fired pizza oven. Here, we invite guests to enjoy garden-inspired pizzas – a social dining experience featuring ingredients from our farm and the local area. The garden is still under development, and from 2027 this experience will primarily be available to groups staying on the farm.

Products

Most of our produce is supplied to food manufacturers and beverage producers. In addition, we offer frozen blackcurrants to both businesses and private customers.

Our apples are used to produce organic apple juice, which is sold through local retailers and served to our guests.

Open Farm Days

During the season, we open the farm on selected days, offering pick-your-own berries and blackcurrant experiences.

Workshops and Events

Our barn features informal, rustic spaces with high ceilings, making it an ideal venue for workshops, meetings, and a wide range of events. Our distinctive blackcurrant truck is a natural focal point and centrepiece for these occasions.

Accommodation

We offer a total of 16 beds across two unique properties. With respect for the farm’s history, sustainable solutions, and a focus on beauty in colour, aesthetics, and quality, we have created welcoming spaces where people can gather and spend time together.

Korsbygningen
‍Korsbygningen is beautifully situated within the farmyard, with stunning views of Lake Mjøsa. This grand, newly renovated villa features warm colours, unique details, and original historic wallpapers.

Heggelund
‍A former crofter’s cottage with magnificent views of Lake Mjøsa and evening sunshine. The house is painted throughout in harmonious linseed-oil colours and features individually decorated bedrooms with distinctive wallpapers and charming details.

Facilities: 2 double bedrooms, separate annex with 2 single beds, shared bathroom, charming, simple kitchen, living room with glass door opening onto the evening sun terrace
