Welcome to Øvre Gjestvang Farm

Øvre Gjestvang Farm is run by Ingrid and Jon Einar Hulleberg together with their two children. The farm is beautifully located by Lake Mjøsa, with excellent sunlight throughout the summer and scenic natural surroundings.

We took over the farm in 2024 from Jon Einar’s parents, and since then we have continued to develop the farm with a focus on both traditional agriculture and new complementary business ventures.

At the farm, we work with:

  • Dairy production
  • Potato farming
  • A self-service farm shop
  • Rental of the farmhouse

Potatoes from the farm

We grow several varieties of high-quality potatoes, including:

  • Cerisa – a flavorful gourmet potato
  • Folva
  • Asterix
  • Pimpernell

Our potatoes are sold pre-packed in:
2.5 kg / 5 kg / 10 kg / 15 kg bags.

Farm shop

We have a self-service farm shop located directly on the farm, with payment available through Vipps. The shop is open every day, and our potatoes are sold there as well.

Accommodation at Øvre Gjestvang

We offer accommodation in the cozy farmhouse on the property, with fantastic views of Lake Mjøsa and the farmyard. The house is mainly rented out through Airbnb, but direct booking is also possible.

  • The excellent sunlight conditions
  • The wonderful hiking opportunities in the surrounding area
About the house

The house has two floors and includes:

  • 3 bedrooms
  • 1 smaller room, best suited for children or one adult

Sleeping arrangements:

  • 2 double beds
  • 2 single beds
  • 1 junior bed
  • 1 baby crib / travel cot

There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a large, comfortable living room.
